About us	The Lord’s Place has served this community for 40 years and, during the past decade, has boldly created new housing programs and services to address urgent unmet needs in Palm Beach County. Many of these initiatives had no local precedent and remain the only programs of their kind in the community. This was the only way to alleviate the suffering of those forced to survive on the streets because there was not enough housing to serve them. Today, this is the only agency in Palm Beach County that provides low barrier, short-term supportive housing to families, and dedicated housing for formerly homeless single women, formerly incarcerated women, and formerly homeless men in recovery.
