Compass partners for COVID-19 Testing 6/20

If you believe that you should be tested for COVID-19 but don’t have insurance or have Medicare/Medicaid, there will be drive through testing by Lab 24 on June 20, 2020 from 8am – 11am in the Parking Lot of Compass Community Center

Free to those who are uninsured or have Medicare /Medicaid only. If you have private or employer insurance please see your medical provider for testing, fees do apply for those who are insured.

In addition to registering, you will need:
-Your photo ID (It does not need to be a state or US issued ID)
-Drive up in your car
-Prefill the testing form before you arrive

Note: This is the nose swab testing. Compass is only hosting Lab 24 and does not have any information about the process. For more information, contact Lab 24.
