2020 is Over… However YOU can still make a difference in 2021!
Families First has been incredibly lucky to have community members that continue to support us and ensure our children receive the services we offer. This past year, our work has been more crucial than ever before. Children are isolated and have become depressed. Parents are stressed and are experiencing heightened levels of anxiety. This combination is dangerous and can lead to many forms of abuse in the household.
We still need your support!
Like most organizations, we were forced to change our fundraising efforts and adapt a virtual setting. Changes in our events and initiatives resulted in loss of revenue. Families First needs to raise $157,000 in additional funds to support three of our programs: Bridges to Success, Healthy Families and Targeted Outreach for Pregnant Women.
Community Denim Day in recognition of April as Child Abuse Prevention Month is a great way to support Families First. Create a team, share our message and raise funds. You can also make a simple donation or attend a future event.
